Most privacy statements add, "unless required by law" but in all my years of doing business on the web, the law has never asked for information from any of my clients or visitors. In addition to your name, email, address, and phone number(s), I don't share the contents of what you send me with anyone without your explicit permission.

Comments and Complaints

When you use the contact form to report an error or make a comment, I'll respond as soon as I can-- usually within 48 hours. I will only respond directly to the issue. If you've found a problem, I'll let you know what I can do to solve it. If you send a compliment, I'll return a short thank you. You won't receive any ads or offers from me, unless you have asked for them in your contact email.
